Please let me tell you something about myself and our services:
· I am a General Contractor, with 32 years of experience (24 years in Europe - Prague, so many different jobs there, from remodeling of historic buildings and municipal jobs to my own development with 50 houses and 60 condos).
· I have been a General Florida Contractor since 2005, license # CGC 1509721.
· We have General Liability & full Worker's Compensation insurance.
· We have an office manager and one supervisor for the Sarasota/St. Petersburg area.
· We have additional supervisor for the Orlando area.
· We have established subcontractors in the area already.
· We can do a full scale of the construction management, or even start working with you on the project preparation, helping you avoid some expensive mistakes.
· We can prepare for the major subcontractors & suppliers 3 offers to discuss with you. That way you will be under control of your costs.
· We can bring some finishing touches from overseas (Europe or Asia).
· Prices of our services can vary from 12% to 20% over the direct costs.
