the time can be from onw to three years or we can set a price then you get 15% of anything over the 250k the land is allready broken into three lots 2- 5acres and one 22.5 which could be broked down smaller this is the most prime piece of property in the county and my banked knows it and would love to get his hands on it. he has been trying for over a year now. I have two many other irons in the fire and need help so I dont have to pull out of one of them, but I wont let him get his greedy little hands on this.
