Last year I purchased a new 2008 45ft Monaco Signature coach with a 600hp engine. My DutchStar was garage stored but had needed a roof repair. I recently spent approx. $12000 for a new roof and tires at Camping World next to Lazy Days in Suffern, FL. The coach has recently had new carpet and porcelain flooring installed. The coach is built on the preferred Spartan chassis and has a lightly used 300 hp Cummins diesel engine. An oil change was also made prior to placing the coach in a storage garage. This coach is serious for sale and represents one of the very best values on the market. If you are considering a clean updated touring coach this deserves a look. This coach has never been in any type of accident! I will consider an asset trade of equal or less value.
