this is the wholesale price. if there is a trade that i like i will trade up! this is a solid price, look around. i will take a cash offer that makes both happy! it does need about $5000 worth of work from the dealer. if you crying about that , no disrespect, you should not be thinking of a coach like this. it's not much to maintain, these things it needs are little. i have not used it in two years, however, i start it once a month and clean and turn things on. if you have a trade i will take it at the wholesale price, as mine is that. this is truly the best RV $ can buy. i think i can say that; i have had 4 class A'S and this is my 3rd bus.
