Granite Mountain Ranch is an exclusive gated equestrian community on 320 acres in Northeast Scottsdale, Arizona. The community features 100 custom home sites and more than 15 acres of common horse facilities including bridle paths and an arena. The community is actually situated in an unincorporated section of Maricopa County with a Scottsdale address. Custom home sites range in size from approximately 2 to 5 acres. Lots are deed restricted to site built homes with minimum square footage. There is a maximum 20,000 SF building envelope per lot, exclusive of driveways and drainage easements. Homes in the neighborhood range in size from 3,000 to 6,000+ SF. There are currently 17 homes in the neighborhood listed for sale at prices ranging from $905,000 to $2,495,000.
