In 1999 the vessel was converted to a dinner cruise yacht, Licensed to carry 115 passengers and a crew of 11, Complete with all the Coast Guard inspections & certifications. Now the vessel has been returned to a (yacht condition) houseboat with owner living aboard. The interior of the vessel is very well done using lots of Teak, and Mahogany woods. The circular stair way is especially attractive, easily worth over $15,000.00. This vessel has been completely remodled with great attention to every detail.
